LC 70

LC70 has been developed for any Health Care application where large items are required to be cleaned and thermal disinfected. It can treat theatre transport and storage trolleys, sterile containers and operating tables.

LC 70 thanks to the hinged door allows a reduced width encumbrance compared to a sliding door model.
The flat floor of the washing chamber provides a safe walking surface during loading-unloading phases.

Multiple oscillating pipes grant excellent washing results and the incorporated lateral tilting rails allow the water dripping from the treated items for a faster and easier drying phase.

This device can be equipped with an automatic manifold connection, a patented solution which allows the load of trolleys equipped with washing arms or washing injection systems. This special option allows the validated treatment of surgical instruments and items with hollow surfaces, extending the trolley washer function range by making it a flexible device that can face CSSD throughput peaks as well as a safe productivity back-up.

    • Stainless steel door with inspection window or full glass door (double HST glass)
    • Horizontal oscillating washing ramps on the sides of the washing chamber
    • Washing ramps on the top of the washing chamber
    • Lateral tilting floor allowing water dripping from the treated items for a faster and easier drying
    • Water filtration system on three levels to capture residues during the recirculation of the washing water with flush self cleaning final filter
    • Forced hot air drying
    • Washing chamber made in stainless steel AISI 316L mirror polished
    • Automatic manifold system for trolley docking allowing water connection for trollys provided with spray arms and/or injection systems

    Ramps and lifting platforms
For this machine the standard installation is into a 150mm (5.91”) deep pit in order to obtain a floor level loading. The machine can also be installed on the floor and the trolley loading/unloading operations can be assisted by ramps or by automatic lifting platforms.

Certifications: CE certified machine following the 93/42/EEC directive, EN ISO 15883-1/2 compliant.
