The LAB 610 G2 is a large-capacity frontal-loading glassware washer that satisfies medium-size facility needs. This unit is capable of injection washing and drying up to 3 baskets at 4 different levels, providing maximum flexibility through multiple chamber configurations depending on the height of the loaded items.
Thanks to an intelligent use of space with the SmartLoad system, its capacity has been increased by more than 50% when if compared with the previous model.
Thanks to a variable-speed pump, it is able to adjust circulation pressure and water consumption to the load in hand.

The new LAB 610 G2 gives an opportunity to combine your baskets with various modules allowing the correct positioning of the laboratory glassware. The capacity of the device has been increased by more than 50% compared with the previous model.

The new generation of LAB 610 makes your loading operations even simpler. The baskets’ flexibility allows their use on any level, enabling the operator to customize the load according to the needs. Furthermore, the washing chamber enables to use up to 3 out of four levels simultaneously. Loading is made fast and easy with a wide range of standard and configurable loading options.
Environment-friendly options
Steelco’s environmental commitment is measured through concrete ideas and innovations. The introduction of a variable speed pump allows clever water usage according to the wash cycle phase, continually granting optimal washing performance. In fact, it allows adjusting circulation pressure (maximum performance when needed) and water consumption (water conservation when possible).
The LAB 610 G2 is an AISI 316L stainless steel device that allows recycling its components at the end of its useful life.

The humidity sensor option allows reducing drying time according to different loads.

Hygenic Design and Water Filtration
Designed and constructed with smooth edges and corners, removing areas where soil could accumulate and lead to bacterial growth. Sump fine filter mesh reduces the size of the debris that can recirculate to less than 0.2 mm and eliminates the need to equip the rotating washing arms with open ends for inspection and cleaning access, thereby saving time.
Small Footprint
The new LAB 610 G2 is a compact solution that helps to drastically reduce the necessary footprint while granting the best treatment efficacy and the highest safety standards.
It is conceived as a compact and “plug and play” device needing just an electrical supply, water inlets, and a drain. Thanks to its reduced overall dimensions, it can overcome architectural limitations such as door passages or lifts. It provides a plinth on rollers for easy transfer and positioning.
Network Connectivity
Wi-Fi and Ethernet are equipped as standard for monitoring performance through SteelcoData. Printer and USB port for download of historical cycle data and system upgrades.
The device is also natively ready to connect with a cloud environment.
Intuitive Process Monitoring
Process monitoring is intuitive with color-coded messages to quickly identify the cycle status from color touch display. Washer/cycle status is also easily shown by the change of color of the chamber light.
