LAB 610 Series
Hinged or Sliding door Medium Capacity Glassware Washers.
The LAB 610 Series of large capacity laboratory glassware washers is designed for optimal cleaning and drying performance for medium-to-large scientific laboratories. With LAB 610 Series, you can choose between two different models:
- LAB 610 with hinged full glass manual door. The drop-down door serves as a loading platform at convenient height for the bottom level.
- LAB 610 SL with motorized vertical sliding down door thus allowing the reduction of the space needed in the laboratory.
Electrical or steam heated, the washers are capable of injection washing and drying on up to 3 different levels with 4 possible rack locations, providing maximum flexibility through multiple chamber configurations, depending on the loaded items’ height. The upper levels can be removed depending on the height of the loaded glassware.
The HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system with adjustable time and temperature settings help to ensure the complete inside and outside drying of all the glassware. As option, on LAB 610 SL, a pre-heated tank allows performing a final non-recirculated rinse
Effective mechanical action with complete coverage is crucially important to assure optimal cleaning during the washing process. Customized washing pumps and circuits ensure a high flow rate combined with adequate spray pressure. The washing chamber and spray arms as well as tank filters are made of high quality AISI 316 L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404). The 250 lt / 8.83 cu ft washing chamber has rounded edges in order to avoid any dirt traps, minimizing the risk of microbial growth.

A comprehensive choice of racks and accessories to meet different capacity and cleaning demands, allowing to maximize the numbers of different utensils and glassware that can be washed, preventing movement and damage, and ensuring complete coverage of the loads.
Smart Filtering System
Design quality and proper maintenance are critical to ensure compliance with standards, sustainability, and a durative life cycle. Our Lab Series of glassware washers is equipped with a triple water filtering system. Ergonomically accessible from the washing chamber, it captures residues preventing their re-circulation, extending in this way the pump life.
Up to three different levels with four possible rack locations for maximum flexibility. Removing the upper levels the unit can be used to clean large bottles and carboys of volume up to 60 lt / 15.85 Gal US.
Flow meter and Conductivity sensor
Flow meter for accurate volumetric dosing of chemicals and a conductivity sensor for measuring of the conductivity value during the final rinse phase are available upon request.
Built-In HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system providing even and fast drying of surgical instruments. Adjustable time and temperature settings for the optimization of cycle duration and energy consumption.

A frontal sliding drawer on LAB 610 and a hinged door on LAB 610SL for easy access and storage of chemical containers – up to three 5 lt/1.32 Gal US
User-Friendly Control Panel
High safety and easy to use soft touch control system on glass panel with LCD color display to visualize cycle status, allowing for 40 programming options.
Dedicated port for printer or PC connection to monitor and validate washing/disinfection cycles.
This configuration features a high-visibility hinged full glass door.
