High Capacity Ultrasonic Treatment Solution.
US 1000 is an ultrasonic cleaner designed to meet the cleaning challenges of the increasing complexity of your CSSD. The device conveniently integrates surgical instruments’ ultrasonic cleaning function into an automated CSSD reprocessing solution. Available as a single or double automatic sliding up door, the device is capable of processing up to 18 DIN 1/1 net baskets. US 1000 is easily integrated into an automated system of loading and unloading of racks coming from a pre-wash machine and destined for an ATS – Automatic Transfer System. US 1000 features a chemical and steam disinfection version.

US 1000 ultrasonic cleaner can be integrated with Steelco ATS – Automatic Transfer System, specially designed for the processing departments where time is critical. Its high flexibility and modularity make it a perfect solution for optimal workflow regardless of the facility’s size.
