Benchtop Pre-Treatment Device for Complex Instruments
US 80 is a small footprint benchtop ultrasonic cleaning system. Specially focused on treating hollow reusable medical devices such as rigid endoscopes, the device offers a washing basket capacity for up to 12 instruments. Thanks to Steelco’s Active Flush technology, which combines the decrusting action of ultrasonic effect with powerful flushing, the unit achieves excellent cleaning results.
US 80 is equipped as standard with a removable washing basket, allowing loading and connecting instruments on a separate workbench. Ported instruments are directly connected through standard luer lock connectors, while the connection of non-ported instruments is made by the use of injection sleeves with silicone seals.

Small and Mid-size CSSDs
Because of their greater variability of medical devices to be reprocessed, small and mid-size hospital CSSDs need to rely on efficient workflow, space optimization, and flexible solutions. Steelco supports hospitals in designing or redesigning optimal layouts for their central sterile services department and offers equipment to meet the varying needs of different clients.
A fully functioning and validated turnkey mobile CSSD for temporary use. Available in two different sizes depending on the amount and kind of instruments to reprocess, this mobile unit is the ideal solution to provide continuity in instrument reprocessing during construction works.
The pre-cleaning area or “soiled area” of a Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) is the area where contaminated or soiled items are received, sorted, and prepared for the decontamination process.
To support operators in the pre-cleaning process, Steelco designs and manufactures specific equipment and automations.
