LAB 660 – LAB 680
High Capacity Swing Door Glassware Washers
The LAB 660 and LAB 680 are high capacity frontal loading glassware washers designed to meet the needs of medium and large facilities, with the capacity of cleaning bottles for up to 100 lt / 22 Gal US.
Electrical or steam heated, the LAB 660 is capable of injection washing on up to 3 levels while the LAB 680 on up to 4 levels with 5 possible rack locations providing maximum flexibility through multiple chamber configurations depending on the height of the loaded items. Each level has telescopic bearing rails that enable easy and safe loading and unloading of the glassware. The upper levels can be removed depending on the height of the loaded glassware. The drop down hinged door with glass window serves as a loading platform at convenient height for the bottom level.
The HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system, with adjustable time and temperature settings, helps to ensure the complete inside and outside drying of all the glassware. Frontal sliding drawer for chemical storage – up to three tanks of 10 lt / 2.64 Gal US – equipped with level control sensors.
Effective mechanical action with complete coverage is crucial and one of the main elements to assure optimal cleaning during the washing process. Washing pumps feeding washing circuits to ensure high flow rate combined with effective spray pressure. The washing chamber and spray arms, as well as tank filters, are made of high quality AISI 316 L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404). The 600 lt / 21.19 cu ft washing chamber has rounded edges in order to avoid any dirt traps, minimizing the risk of microbial growth.
Wide Range of Racks, Inserts, Trays and Accessories
A comprehensive choice of racks and accessories to meet different capacity and cleaning demands, allowing to maximize the numbers of different utensils and glassware that can be washed, preventing movement and damage, and ensuring complete coverage of the loads.
Our glasswashers LAB 660 – LAB 680 meet the cleaning requirement of your laboratory thanks to their high capacity, allowing the treatment of large bottles of up to 100lt / 22 Gal US.
