Wide Chamber Washer Disinfector for beds and operating tables
LC 80 BOT is a special execution of the LC 80 washer-disinfector with a chamber width of 1200mm, specially designed for disinfecting operating tables and hospital bed frames. The device can also treat transport, storage, and waste trolleys, instrument containers, and lids, op. shoes, plastic crates, or other bulky items with dedicated washing trolleys.
With LC 80 BOT Washer Disinfector you can choose two different chamber depths: the 2250 mm / 88.58″ and 3000 mm / 118.11″, according to your cleaning demand. The combination of high flow recirculation pumps and high-speed blowers for forced air drying provides the washer with high-performance cleaning and thermal disinfection treatment with short cycle times ensuring high throughput.
Available as single door or double door pass-through versions, this latter version is suitable for barrier installation to reduce cross-contamination by separating dirty areas from clean ones. A PLC microprocessor with a user-friendly HMI allows operators to refine the process and personalize the washing and disinfection programs.
Thanks to its state-of-the-art hydraulic design, with separate circuits for washing and rinsing with dedicated pumps (for chemical and hybrid versions only), the best washing results are guaranteed with minimum water and energy consumption. High-quality stainless steel washing chamber with multiple horizontal oscillating pipes on each side equipped with numerous spraying nozzles ensuring the complete and optimal washing of the loads.
Automatic Manifold Connection
Automatic Manifold Connection is an exclusive patented solution that allows the load of trolleys equipped with washing arms or washing injection systems. This unique option permits the validated treatment of surgical instruments and items with hollow surfaces, extending the trolley washer function range by making it a flexible device that can face CSSD throughput peaks as well as being used as a safe productivity backup.
Unparalled Load Capacity
LC 80 BOT has unmatched load capacity and can reprocess up to 56 instrument trays per cycle in the 3000mm chamber length version and up to 28 in the standard version. Thanks to dedicated loading trolleys, it is possible to load up to 80 clogs in the 3000mm chamber length version and up to 40 in the standard version making LC 80 BOT the washer-disinfector with the greatest throughput available in the market.

According to the customer’s needs, it is possible to install LC 80 BOT with different systems for the automatic loading and unloading of loads. Multiple solutions are available using rolls, belts or hooks.

The user-friendly 7″ or 10″ color touchscreen supports operators in every step of their interaction with the device with straightforward and easy-to-understand operation tasks. The control system allows for 65 programming options.
In addition to saving water, the LC 80 BOT’s efficient recovery system saves energy and chemicals. Depending on the configuration of the machine, it is possible to install more water and energy recovery systems, making the most of its capabilities.

Effective Chemical Disinfection
Dedicated separated circuits for washing and rinsing for a high-quality process. Water and chemical recovery systems together with advanced technologies for water injection guarantee excellent results in a short time.
Smart Filtering System
Three-level water filtration system allows for the capture of residues during the recirculation of the washing filter thanks to flush self-cleaning final filter, thus avoiding the risk of clogging and protecting the recirculation point.
Built-In HEPA 14 filtered forced air drying system providing total removal of the rinse water residues. Warm air inside the chamber is homogeneously distributed for fast and efficient drying.
USB port for printer connection to validate washing cycle. Remote monitoring and data management with the optional SteelcoData traceability software.
